ABOUT US
SEB Lietuvoje darbuotojų profesinė sąjungos is a voluntary organization dedicated to uniting SEB employees in the country. Its aim is to find optimal solutions for members on key issues and advocate for the interests and rights related to their work and professional activities in a considerate manner.
Trade union consists of members from GSV, SEB Life, and SEB employees in Lithuania.
GOALS
To represent union members in negotiations and ensure the implementation of the collective agreement.
To provide consultation, offering individual assistance with issues related to employment relationships.
To defend the interests and rights of union members.
To offer legal consultations/assistance.
VISION
Create an environment where every employee feels safe, valued, and has equal opportunities to grow and improve.
In 2017, an amendment to the Labor Code: signing a collective agreement becomes an exclusive right of the trade union.
In 2019, the SEB collective agreement expired. The Work Council surveyed employees, with a significant number expressing support for the establishment of a trade union (over 250).
In 2020, SEB Lietuvoje darbuotojų profesinė sąjunga was established in Lithuania. Although this requires additional administration and resources, the decision was driven by the benefits created by the organization.
In 2022, collective agreements with SEB were signed. The validity of the agreements is three years, until 2025.
In 2022, we started to Google Workspace. While fulfilling obligations under the collective agreement, we are now more independent.
In 2023, the creation of visual identity (aiming to be visible and recognizable, cultivating an attractive positive image. The new logo will represent important values for all of us: friendliness, reliability, fairness, inclusivity).
In 2024, negotiations for the renewal of SEB collective agreements.
